Rick is responsible for overall management of the organization. His goal is to continue expanding Lumity's work of ensuring that nonprofits throughout the area have a single source of tools to help them deliver quality services to community residents. Rick’s long experience in business and nonprofit development and expansion helps Lumity’s team drive impact-related programming.

Paul works with friends and supporters to ensure that funding, communications, and public relations activities support Lumity’s efforts to allow Chicago-area nonprofits do more with less. His efforts help individuals, corporations, foundations, members of the Board, event guests, and Chicago’s nonprofit sector secure resources to make their programming achieve desired impact.

Julie manages the administrative functions of Lumity. She is responsible for day-to-day business functions, finances, and supervision of the support staff and is the go-to person for questions about billing, payments, and rental of Lumity’s meeting and training facilities.

Ed works to ensure our training efforts meet the diverse needs of our community, as well as providing thought leadership and best practice models for diverse sets of nonprofit operations. Ed has enjoyed leading successful teams for both non-profit and for-profit companies, managing programs that were replicated nationwide. With his project leadership and communication skills, Ed is known for building strategic and tactical plans and successful teams.

Dottie has more than twenty-five years of nonprofit consulting services, with personal expertise in accounting and financial management for nonprofit organizations. Dottie understands how total organizational capacity can increase through effective, low-cost tools. She also provides training and consulting on accounting, internal controls, financial management systems and reporting. Published in trade journals and other professional publications, she is an active member of the Illinois Society of CPA and of the Nonprofit Education Sub-Committee and the Alliance for Nonprofit Management.

Licia directs services for the Community Centers of Excellence program, which includes the Community Technology Center partners, and oversees digital literacy skill-based training, workforce development and youth services within technology centers, and digital inclusion services. Her skills include technology planning, program management, and service delivery expertise. Licia has over 20 years of experience in information technology consulting and applies this management experience to creating vital, mission-driven organizations throughout Chicagoland.

Norma staffs the front desk and keeps the office running smoothly. She greets visitors, answers the phone, and is responsible for routine membership and billing duties. Norma's goal is to help members and prospective members access Lumity services easily and efficiently.

Jane is responsible for fundraising research, grant and proposal writing, the annual Benefit, producing Center publications, and assisting with Board relations. Jane's goals are to raise public and corporate awareness of Lumity and its many activities, and to use different media to get the Lumity message out to funders, nonprofits, and the technology community alike.

Betsy teaches and manages Lumity's Microsoft Office suite training. She teaches classes on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and on Adobe Photoshop and InDesign as well. She also helps administer the Lumity Training Center.

Lahesha assists with management of the CTC program resources and services. Her skills include system administration and application development. Lahesha brings experience from on-site CTC work and the for-profit world to Lumity.
