The Technology Leadership Award recognizes innovative uses of technology in the nonprofit sector. Projects exemplify the ways in which creative application of technology produces measurable, sustainable impact in the community. More than forty nonprofit organizations applied through a competitive grant process in the fall of 2007; of these, five organizations were selected as finalists by a team of judges that included technology leaders from Chicago’s business and nonprofit communities. Finalists presented their projects in a final session hosted by Accenture, at which judges selected the winner and runner-up. Read the Press Release
