Class Costs & Cancellation Policy
For organizations with $99 annual memberships beginning July 1, 2011, the cost of each class is listed. We accept payment by check or credit card at least one week before the class date in order to hold your reservation.
For organizations with an ongoing membership purchased prior to June 2011, all trainings are still free until your current membership expires. If you are uncertain about your membership expiration date, contact Lumity at 312.372.4872.
Non-member rates are listed beside each class above.
Lumity requires at least 2 business days advance notice to cancel a reservation. Your organization will be charged for each student who does not cancel their class reservation at least 2 business days before the class. Cancellation fees are $50 for hands-on classes and $25 for skill-building or knowledge-building classes.
Lumity instituted this policy because of the high number of last minute cancellations or no shows for our training classes. Advance notice allows us time to contact students on the wait list for the class.
