Community Centers of Excellence Community Technology Assistants (CTAs)As a service to our CTC partners, Lumity provides paid supplemental technology center staffing to their programs. These staff members have experience in a variety of information technologies and assist with program development, business planning, staff training, program evaluation, and administration.
CTAs are placed year-round in CTCs eligible for their services. Eligibility is determined by need, level of staffing, and the individual CTCs progress along the Lumity Standards of Excellence model.
Interested in becoming a CTA? Applicants should be U.S. citizens or hold a visa that allows them to work for pay in the United States. Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply! Applicants should demonstrate success working within diverse communities including, but not limited to: age, race, sexual orientation, geography and/or economic status.
